As I sit here, there's a cat passed out by me on the new couch and boxes filled with randomness still scattered about the apartment. But, in my baking hiatus I've found myself jonesing to get back in the kitchen and bake! I have a few orders coming up, so I'm going to hit the kitchen this weekend for a "test bake" in the new oven. It's still gas, but it doesn't have a digital temperature display or a timer like the old one. So...I guess we will see how it goes!!
